Refund Policy - Tuned and Toned Performance
All purchases are non-refundable. By submitting your payment, you agree to our non-refundable policy. This policy applies to private training, semi-private training, 1-on-1 assessments, specialty clinics, workshops, and any other item or service sold on our website, via any application connected to our website or otherwise associated with the Tuned and Toned Performance business entity. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order; a 10% cancellation fee will apply (minimum $10). For workshops, clinics, and specialty events, cancellations must be requested no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time; orders placed within 48 hours of an event start time are not eligible for cancellation. Once payment is submitted, your purchased items will be held in your name. ALL purchases are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Workshops, Clinics, and Specialty Events:
All purchases are non-refundable. By submitting your payment, you agree to our non-refundable policy. For workshops and specialty events, spaces will be reserved upon receipt of payment. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order; a 10% cancellation fee will apply (minimum $10). Cancellations must be requested no less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled event; orders placed within 48 hours of an event start time are not eligible for cancellation. Once payment is submitted, the reserved, non-refundable space will be held in your name. Payment for these events are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Private Training, Semi-Private Training, and 1-on-1 Assessments:

Payments for private, semi-private, and assessment sessions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Private, semi-private, and assessment sessions are scheduled on a one-on-one basis directly with Dr. Kabbas; specific appointment times are not guaranteed.
